This is a balancing item in the list in which it is being used.This is the value, as at the relevant date, of the number of any other non-standard term loans, as determined in accordance with prudential standards, as required to be reported on APRA form ARF_320_8.This balancing item represents the number of all term loans other than those classified as any of the following:- Loans with offset facilities;- Loans with redraw facilities;- Interest only loans;- Reverse loans; or- Low-documentation loans.
